Return Policy

All of my products are created with love, care, and intention. As a small creator offering self-published books, made-to-order items, and personal creative work, all sales are final.

 

However, I want you to feel good about your purchase, so here’s how I handle issues:
 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery via my contact form or email me at hello@booksbytiffanywaugh.com.

 

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the damage or printing error

I’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds Are Not Available for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item or format

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Digital products (once downloaded)
